Mail glitch? please read!!!

I dont know if anyone posted about this. but my sim has left university and has like ALOT of bills in which i cant even touch. and i tried the Nraas or what not and when i did it only 1 of my sims shows up. not my "husband or child" i dont know what to do and i really would like you help. like Asap. and also its nothing dealing with Mods or CC because i removed them because it wouldnt show me the class schedule. so please help!!!!!!!!! ( im hoping to become a happy sim again.

forgot to add its in my inventory. like close to like 14 bills

Which NRAAS mod did you try ? You can delete these bills with the "Debug Enabler". And "Errortrap" even prevents these bills from coming into your mailbox...
Just make sure to install the version of the mods that matches your Sims 3 base game version (read the mod instruction carefully) - So you have University ? Then I suppose your Sims 3 base game version is 1.50

yes it is and i did use them both but then when i did it i quit my game did what the installation said and then started it back up. but then when i play it only showed 1 sim not my other 2...

1) I suppose you got some other (incompatible) mods..do you ? If yes, take out all of them and put them back in one after another to find out which one causes problems...

2) What about cache deleting? Look at #6 of my post here https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t9437-error-12-and-lags-stopped-working#67942

3) If all else fails, take out or rename your "The Sims 3" folder; in Windows it's located in Documents/Electronic Arts; when you restart the game next time it will create a completely new folder (this is also known as a "factory reset"). Good luck
