Crashing in Create-a-Household

Please help! I've downloaded ALL expansion/stuff packs from G4TW, did all the fixes, and my game still crashes in create-a-household. Creating first Sim, no problem. Creating 2nd Sim, game freezes and crashed to black screen. Then window pops up telling me my game is not working. I've uninstalled and reinstalled all of the game but it still crashes. I've never come across this problem before. I know there are alot of problems like this the forum, but please help me.
P.S My laptop is very capable of playing the Sims. And I have Gamebooster.

Did you add your games to the DEP?
