Will the live support ever return?

To be honest, the "donations" never was a success. Besides, neither of us earns anything doing this - not even me, lol. (Assuming you all might be thinking I earn tons)

But hey, what do you need money for, when there's love and friendship. Kindness keeps the world spinning.

As for your questions; the Live Support software we used to use - LiveZilla- was awesome, but they started asking money after a while, which is sad. As you know, our budget is tight - there is no budget at all, actually - so we prefer to stick to free solutions. I haven't found a good free Live Support software yet.

Of course, that's pretty much what we do at the moment. (Just not with official times)
A "Live Support" is great, because you can help people individually, at the same time.
