Installation Question Empty Installation Question

If I've downloaded the Ultimate Fix, and have Town Life Stuff installed in order to install other Expansions/DLC do I just use the programs that came with the Ultimate Fix download or must I download each expansion one by one?

The ultimate fix has to be applied on downloaded games. You must first download every expansions you want to play with.

The ultimate fix has no "programs". Just a bunch of files, that do nothing until applied to the appropriate spots.
