Careers dont work after going to University Empty Careers dont work after going to University

Each sim i make when after finishing university can not go to work. They get jobs and when i comes to going to work they do not do anything, they wont get into the car and when i press on the actual job the icon goes away. But jobs work if they do not previously go to university.

Can someone please help me?
