Store downloads

Hi, I am so sorry if I already posted this, I'm just finding my way around the site and if I posted it, I don't think I was in the right place.
Anyway, I'm having trouble downloading/installing Aurora Skies from the store content. I was able to download and install Riverview, Sunlit Tides, and Hidden Springs without any trouble, but Aurora Skies just shows up on the launcher as a little box instead of a picture of the neighborhood itself, and it won't install. I did everything the same as I did when installing the others. I have the Sims 3 base game, Pets, and Seasons. Please help if you can!

Try re-downloading the world.

I did, it still doesn't work.

I had the same problem, I purchase all of the games/EP's/SP's but I refuse to buy store stuff, so I download it. It took me 3 different downloads to get Aurora Skies Gold. This is the one that finally worked for me: http://www.mediafire.com/?adfr8yecr7vmym6. Idk if that's the one from here, previously decrapified or what, but it worked. I installed through the launcher without decrapifying it myself and played it just fine.

That's because the account is down. If you'd like to know more, admin made a posting about it here.
