"a serious error has occured, yada yada," HELP PLEASE!

So, first, when i was trying to run the sims 3 seasons, there's this "the sims 3 has crashed," or something, but then i was able to fix that by making all of my .exe's files "the administrator."

And then, when I run the game and play as a new family, there's this "error while saving file, code error=16," thingy. So i clicked "save as," instead of "save," by saving it with a different save name. I tought that worked, so i exited my game.

A few minutes later, i opened my "TS3W," and it loads the game perfectly until the family selection. I selected tha las family i saved, and it loads just fine, but then..

"a serious error Has occured with blahblah family, yada yada." but i tought it was okay, since i can just make that family again(i have all of the sims i made saved to my bin) but when i clicked "new game," there's another message that says, "a serious error has occured to sunsetvalley.sims3, blahblah,"

What do i do? Please, someone, help me!
I worked so hard just to play this game!

And this is the list of ep's i installed, if it helps,
-TS3 base game
-TS3 World adventures
-TS3 generations
-TS3 town life stuff
-TS3 master suite studf
-TS3 seasons
(and i was about to install pets)

And i played without crashing, but when i tried to save, it keeps loading for about Half an hour..
Is this some kinda glitch or something?
Can i do something about it?

and i used gamebooster now, so it's not really that lagged anymore..

but now it has that "the sims 3 has stopped working.." error..
i'm going to try all of that gude lady eldi gave me(i'm on the 4th number now)..

oh, and i just installed pets from games4theworld torrent, i downloaded the fix and installed it finely, until i played it..
it said something like "gamecard not found" or something like that.
i clicked ok, cause i dont really understand what's going on, but when the mesasage disappears, the town selection is empty, my saved family is gone, and even the option is empty.

how do i fix this?

About your other one, it sounds new to me... do you have any Mods or Custom Content?
