Sorry, another issue: Disc Authentication Failure. [SOLVED]

I torrented The Sims Medieval yesterday, played it a while without updating it--then I decided I would. I updated, then installed the fix. Now every time I try to start the game it says: "No game disc found! Please insert The Sims Medieval game disc before proceeding." Any idea what I did wrong?

Please apply this fix: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t916-the-sims-medieval-ultimate-fix-should-fix-most-of-your-problems
And copy the cracks to the exact correct folder, as described in the Installation Guide.
