PS2/PS3 game conversion?

Hello everybody! 
I've been away for quite some time now but I finally came back and nothing much has changed which is amazing!
I'm so happy to be back! 
Anyways, me not being a computer whiz, was wondering if a game that is played on PS2/PS3 can be somehow played on a PC? I KNOW that's a dumb question but one can always dream!!
The game I'm wondering about is Sly Cooper and since I no longer own a Play Station, I really want the game on my PC.
Is this in ANY WAY possible?

I always take "nothing much has changed" as a compliment.
What you're looking for is a so-called "Emulator", which emulates a specific device on your PC. For example, you can use a NES emulator to be able to run NES games on your PC.
I've never used an emulator myself (because PC master race, even more because you can run emulators on them), but try these for Playstation 2: http://www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/ps2/
Not sure if there are already emulators for Playstation 3. Last time I checked - a few years ago - there were none, due to the PS3 being too powerful to be able to emulate on a PC (?).
