Sims 3 Constantly Crashing

Hellooo.~
I've just recently been having a common game problem, the "Sims 3 has stopped working" dilemma. I've had this plenty of times in the past and have always found a way to fix it, but it's not going away this time and it's really getting on my nerves. I've been working with it for the last couple of days, trying to figure out a solution and searching up ways to do so, but everything has failed so far.

I have all the EP and SP installed, excluding Into the Future. The game has been working smoothly up until a few days ago. I thought that it had probably been some CC I'd installed (I literally cannot play Sims without CC ;-; ) but things I've done to resolve it have made me think otherwise.

So what I first did was turn down all the resolutions and make the game a windowed screen. Didn't help.
I removed all of my CC, store content, and Mods from the game and it worked okay. Then I began to put all of my downloads and packages back into the game in small bundles and testing it, and it still worked fine (I should say this was for pre-made families in towns, not my own family I use). Then, after awhile, it began to crash again.
THEN I added all of the exe files to the DEP and it worked fine for me the first time but began to crash the second time I played.
I re-installed the newest patch and installed the Ultimate Fix again, but that didn't help either.
I've removed a lot of CC in the hopes that would help, but it didn't. I don't have a lot of CC, compared to many others. It's basically all just hair.
I've tried everything on this page (https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t857-the-sims-3-crashes-freezes-to-desktop-fix-updated-on-14-07-2013) except 3 or 4. Not too sure how to do those.
I also thought it might be that I'm playing on a laptop, but this hasn't occurred until now. Sims has ran smoothly before. :C

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3230M CPU @ 2.60GHz  2.60GHz
Installed Memory (RAM): 6.00 GB (5.89 GB usable)
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

I don't have any major mods installed into my games other than Overwatch. I only installed Overwatch because it helped with lag. My game has been crashing every 10-20 minutes.
I'd really like to find out a way to get this fixed without having to uninstall then re-install all of the Sims stuff. I've done that process at least 5 times to get everything fixed, which it does, but it's a very time consuming task.
If I had a hunch, I think it'd probably be some CC... This all didn't begin to happen until I downloaded some hairs from TSR. I don't download from them much but when I do, disaster always seems to strike... I'll not be going there anymore if their CC is the cause of this.
