"Share"/Export Problem Empty "Share"/Export Problem

I need help with something .. I had the The Sims 3 disk like two yrs ago and I registered it, I'm using that same account with the version I've gotten from here but I still can't Share/export my sim to my launcher and upload to The Exchange..... Help

Hello,

Have you tried that with sims from another savegame too ? Just for testing purposes, create a new sim in a new savegame, and see if that works.

And are you using any mods? If yes, take them all out for a while.
