To Avoid Jail Time
Handy lil trick for your Evil Assassin sim
When a Sim may somehow be deliberately responsible for the "accidental" eradication of another sim he goes to jail. About 5 or so sim minutes after the deed he just decides to go w/o a struggle, U cant stop him, the SimPD comes and he gets in the car on his own.. away he goes, and is gone for awhile and yada yada. (I wont ask Y a evil sim with the Assassin skill would do that he just does.)
To avoid jail time U teleport him to a basement room w/o any exits immediately after the "accident" or whatever occurs.
The PD comes he wants to go but cant and that strange moment of his wanting to do the right thing goes away and the police drive off and then teleport him out to do whatever it is that evil Assassins will do [evil laugh with a touch of maniacal undertones goes here]

Re: To Avoid Jail Time
Good tip, but outdated. If the cop can't be routed to the sim, the sim will get teleported in the car automatically.
If you feel like cheating to avoid jail, only thing you can do is to reset your sim.

Good idea, but you may have to reset the sim more than once, to avoid arrest .
With the NRAAS Debug Enabler there is an option to "create an incoming phone-call". If you do this, it will override the "being arrested/go to jail" interaction. You should do that, though, before your sim enters the police station.

At the town hall you can actually "turn off arrests", if you have that assassination career installed. I have to admit this will take away some of the fun in that career, but that way you won't get arrested .

That seems very appropriate for some reason...
