Manual Update 1.55 Error[SOLVED]

I successfully downloaded the MAC version of the 1.55 manual update "To-010-1.55.4.022002.tgz" but when I try to unarchive it by simply double-clicking it I get this error:

"Unable to unarchive "To-9010-1.55.4.022002.tgz" into "Downloads". (Error 1 - Operation not permitted.)"

And my only option is to press OK which closes the program. I also tried using Stuffit to unarchive it and I get error:

" A problem has occurred while expanding the archive. The item "UI.package" was created by a newer version of Stuffit and cannot be expanded by this version."

And my options are to "Cancel" "Skip" or "Proceed"

If I press "Skip" I get: "A failure has occurred. The archive may be damaged."
If I press "Proceed" or "Cancel" the program just closes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

You probably need to update Stuffit. Can you get the latest version?

Ok, then try downloading the archive with Chrome. Most probably your download was incomplete...

I downloaded the update with Chrome the first time. But I'll re-download and let you know how it goes...
