Manual Update to 1.36 not working![SOLVED] Empty Manual Update to 1.36 not working![SOLVED]

I attempted to install the manual update for the Sims 3 after the receiving the Invalid File error after trying to apply the Ultimate Fix and updating wasn't working, and I'm getting an error message.

Hello,

That indicates something went wrong during the download process.
Redownload the patch, and make sure the downloadprocess isn't interrupted.

Hello,

Try a different browser, for example Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
Also, DO NOT downloading anything else at the same time, close programs like uTorrent/Bittorrent and do not use your PC.
