The Sims 3 Manual Update error. [SOLVED]

Downloaded G4TW Sims 3 version and installed it without any problems so far. 



But to install other packs like university life I need to update it.
I have downloaded the manual patch "TS3_1.55.4.0220xx_update" (this was before the latest update release but I will download it later) but I get an error here is the massage:

Hello,

First of all, you aren't supposed to update your game yet, because there is still no working crack that supports the new version, see this here.

Then, follow through with steps #2 to #4. But again, please wait for a while until the new "Ultimate fix" (crack) is released.

my problem is even the previous manual update 1.55 couldn't be installed duo to the error I mentioned earlier.
I guess I should wait for the latest update fix but I fear I will face the same error again.

If you failed to update and install your game even after applying 1.63 manual update (Step 2 mentioned by Carlos), please tell us what error message you have encountered (if applicable).
