The Sims 3 Crashes/ Debug

First off, this problem has happened before so I un-installed everything and re-installed the game and expansions && I am still having the same problem. Before, the game would just freeze and crash. After reading through previous threads I've found solutions to play the game in windowed mode and delete some cache and thumbnail folders. This still did not work and the game still crashes. Now I am receiving a exception raised error which is the cause of the crash. Anyone know any possible solutions to fix the crash or can give insight on the problem? Thank you!
