Install shield wizard error when trying to download any of the EP's.

Hello, any Sims 3 expansion i have tried downloading from you guys, i get a weird install shield wizard error that is in japanese. So i have no clue what it says the error is.
Example: I open the newley unpacked files for Island Paradise. I run Sims3EP10Setup.exe, it brings up the picture for island paradise, and a quick install wizard loading bar, but all the words are in Japanese, and after the loading bar finishes, an error pops up also in Japanese. So i have no clue whats wrong, or how to fix it. Could you guys help me out?

Update: I just tried the Town Life EP. And it was not in japanese this time, the error said i need an installed copy for sims 3. I have an installed copy Via steam.

Thats quite simple, I guess. You just need to do manual update first. Just in the setup folder, go to support>updates and run the updater thats in there. After update go run the setup and it will work
