Isla paridiso freezes badly and other worlds smooth Empty Isla paridiso freezes badly and other worlds smooth

hi i my pc is above the standers for Sims 3 and I have all expansion but isla paradiso freezes up every couple of seconds and its kinda weird but my other worlds run fine IDK if I am the only one who has noticed this.

Do you have a WorldCache folder in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3?
If so, please delete it and re start your game...

yea i did to its still not working,the world still freezes up but its a little smoother.

Hello,

There may be a few reasons that lead to this bug:

(1) Stuck sims. If yes, please reset them by holding Ctrl+Shift+C and typing "testingcheatenabled true" and "enter". And hold the same keys again and this time type "resetsim *" and "enter".

(2) Corrupted/outdated mods/Custom content. Try removing them by renaming this folder: C:\Users\(name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3. Run the game to see if this is resolved.

(3) DEP or related pc issues. Read this to find out more.

Hello,

Have you also tried a new savegame (on Isla Paradiso) ? Try it, choose Isla Paradiso as the world for your new save, create completely new sims, and play on.

 Hey there,


I have the same problem and yes my PC is way above average. Also I tried all the mods who remove sims and cars that are stuck, one time it showed it removed 1422 cars that are stuck (really now?) after they got removed, it worked smoothly for 1-2 'sims hours'. If I play Lucky Palms it works extremely smooth. I hope they ever fix this issue because it's sad the new world is unplayable Sad.
