Glitch Isla Paradiso. [SOLVED] Empty Glitch Isla Paradiso. [SOLVED]

Hello! 

So I wanted to try out Isla Paradiso the other day... but it was really really glitched. I decided to delete the save and open a new save and it was still there.
This is what happens:

Glitch Isla Paradiso. [SOLVED] Ts3w_210

Does anyone have an idea on how to fix this?

Hello,

This looks like Monte Vista more than Isla Paradiso. Please rename this folder: C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3.
And please redownload Monte Vista from this website.

I'm pretty sure it's Isla Paradiso. At least that's what it's named by the game. This is the little thumbnail next to it:
Glitch Isla Paradiso. [SOLVED] Isla_p12

I don't even have Monte Vista.

What exactly should I rename and what should I rename it to?

I know what Isla Paradiso looks like.

And Monte Vista looks exactly like the one in your picture. With the square in the middle.

Go to My Documents >> Electronic Arts and rename The Sims 3 folder there.

That's really strange then! I'm 100% sure it's called Isla Paradiso in my game, together with that thumbnail.  So after I renamed the folder and redownloaded Monte Vista, what do I do?

You can download Monte Vista here. Move your cursor to The Sims 3 and then choose "Neighbourhood" (I searched it in that website but I couldn't find Monte Vista there.)

But right now, I suggest you rename that folder and run the game and try a new fresh game with Isla Paradiso first.
