Deep Fryer Bug!

I need help with my Sims 3 Deep fryer! Every time I get them to try frying, they drop in the food too be fried and shake it around for awhile before seemingly leaving it in the fryer and walking away with no meal!
I understand there was a previous post where this was solved in https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t4788-deep-fryer-bugsolved, however the link provided to the supposed fix is too a broken, deleted or unviewable post and I need a new one!
I am sorry for opening a new thread with an already considered answered problem but I would really like this fixed! I have already downloaded and tried the PACKAGE file KT-storefix-decrapfixes however this did not work either! Please help!

SWEET! All working now! Of course my multitab 6000 tabcast isn't working I just find out but I guess that is for another forum post

Hello,
Delete the multi-tab 6000 in Buy-mode. Then buy a new one and see if it's working.

Nope, my sim still just puts the ear-bud thing in his ear but doesn't receive a moodlet or skill

Hello,
Try downloading ccmerged.package from this website and replace it with the existing one in C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\DCBackup. I have tested it and it worked. But you have to update it frequently. (yes, it's tested, Carlos G.)

Nope :/ That didn't work either! Still my sim puts the ear bud in and no moodlet is received!

Maybe it is the file I downloaded? It was a sims3pack file, does anyone have a link to a confirmed working multitab6000 package file? ( Not sims3pack file preferably )

Hello,
Can I send you the link of Multi-Tab? (It was downloaded from G4TW) and make sure you unzip the file I told you earlier with WinRaR (ccmerged.zip) and replace the ccmerged.package with this. I have tested so far and it works. I don't know why it doesn't work for you.
