The new manual patch can be found here. Remember to apply the newest Ultimate Fix (which can be found here) after patching.

Ok I'm download now the manual patch 
but i don't understand what is the Ultimate fix and how I use it
another one question sorry
if the patch download well   how I can use it ??

Hello,

Manual patch is simple: Just follow the instructions when the manual update panel pops up. As for the Ultimate Fix, drag and drop the content of the #crack inside the latest Ultimate Fix to C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin.

but i move the folders of the sims 3 to another disk than C bec. it is almost full and when i try to run the launcher this message appear to me A sims 3 Store content update is available, but you need the latest game update to download it.
