Help. [SOLVED]

I have applied the ultimate fix to my game, but when i launch it and click the play button it tells me to enter a serial-number, which i done so, but then it says "Re-enter and verify the serial number".. I'm really stuck, can someone help me?

Hello,

Problem seems to be solved through Teamviewer. However, we have to wait until he/she downloads and installs the expansion(s) since he/she may have questions.

No, problem not solved yet. You need certain expansions to make the game work with the Ultimate Fix.
