Sims 3 Launcher glitch version 0.00.000.00

I tried to add some new clothes from the Resource and i also tried to add a new world today but it says it can't find ts3.exe.exe and it says i have version 0.00.0.00 or what ever it just only zeros from version can anyone help

Hello,
I suggest you try to patch your game with the "Manual patch", available here: https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1870-can-t-update-the-sims-3-to-v155-fix-manual-patch
Another thing: this error usually means that something went wrong during the patching process of your game. Just to be on the safe side: close all applications when updating with the manual patch. And most importantly: do not interrupt the patching process !
