Loading times and graphics cards Empty Loading times and graphics cards

Just some chit-chat. I was just a little curious about how long it takes for the average person's game to load. Take mine for instance. I don't think mine should even be loading as fast as it does but maybe I'm wrong. Not that I'm not grateful, it's just a comparison. I have the game and all expansion and stuff packs and all of the store content. Nothing custom except for a few nrass mods. My pc has intel core i3 3.30 ghz 6gb memory and integrated graphics (of all things). It normally takes just a couple of minutes to load. Kind of funny since the game stopped supporting integrated graphics a few expansions ago. Somehow it still seems to run. I thought about putting a dedicated graphics card in but since it loads so fast I'm not sure if it would even make a difference other than the visual effects. I'm not a hardcore gamer and not extremely picky about how it looks. I don't play much else. Would a graphics card make a difference in performance or just visuals? I would just like to hear some opinions. Thanks!!

The Sims 3? Well I have every expansion, stuff pack and update installed, every Store item (all of which are merged into 6 .package files and loaded directly in the game folder, except for the last two months'), a little over 3GB of custom content and my game takes between 1 and 3 minutes to load, depends on the world, the save size and whether or not my PC is going through it's "moody period". Ether way it never took more than 3 minutes to load.

My PC:

Intel Core i5-661 (2 cores) 3.33 GHz
Gigabyte GeForce 550 Ti 1GB
Intel DP55WB
320GB Kingston HDD
8GB DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

Game runs well overall, and after University Life I had hardly any problems at all except for the occasional Error Code 16 which is harmless.

I also use Game Booster, but it's an outdated version (pre-Razer), I doubt it actually does anything anymore. Also have Errortrap, Overwatch, Traveler and awesomemod which help a bit.
