Logging in during gameplay

Hello everyone,
I just finished installing the Sims 3 and all the expansion packs and all is working well (thank you for the great guide Games4theworld, worked perfect!!). My question is, as you know, there is an option to log in before game play to rack up points (or something, I'm not too familiar with this). Anyway, is it advisable to register and login while playing cracked versions of the sims and the expansion packs?
Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Hello,
You can safely register and log in. You can even use (most) online features and all online features if you have at least one registered The Sims 3 game on your game. Can be either a EP or a cheaper SP.
