License limit. [SOLVED]

First of all I'd like to thank you guys to allowing us play those game who don't have to buy it.
My problem is, I download the base game of the sims 3 from piratebay "The Sims 3 [FULL] Games4theworld"
and I install it of course, copy crack,paste it on sims3 directory. Then I download the latest patch from this akamai.cdn.ea.com/eadownloads/u/f/sims/sims3/patches/TS3_1.55.4.0220xx_update.exe
and install it copy crack from ultimate fix, paste it again.
But when I start up the game from the launcher or through TS3W, it always appears " The license limit for this product has been reached. visit blah blah "link"(ea support).

I try to uninstall it then re-install it again, got the same problem.
and I try to delete some files of sims 3 on regedit.

Ok. Any expansion game?

Ok I would like to ask are you trying to update your game or is it stopping you from playing I just looked at some forum posts on other sites and it seems most of the images showing this error are on the updates page.

I eagerly search how to solve it.
And I saw some post regarding license limit.
twas on the default.ini in Electronic Arts\Sims 3\Game\Bin\Default.ini
the bottom of that configuration file like this.

I saw on the recent website that the gameversion last number was the same as the worldbuildercompativilityversion.

well as an IT 4th year undergrad I used some logical thinking.
I replace the GameVersion = 1.55.4.022017 to GameVersion = 1.55.4.022019.
and it works.

guess it was my luck.
I've been searching the answer for 1 week.
