EA License Limit Reached. [SOLVED]

A while back I was trying to install a copy of Sims 3 Movie Stuff (I have all the games, expansions and stuff packs out to date except for Disel Stuff and Katy Perry pack) and I got this error that my License Limit was reached for this product. I scoured the internet, and found out I could use a de-authorization tool. However, all my games are downloads and I wasn't sure what that would do to me. So, I tried looking for another solution. I came across your Ultimate fix hoping this would fix it, to no avail. I noticed that there's a sort or cheat where you can change the Default.ini, however I couldn't find an updated one, and didn't want to change anything.

I guess what I'm looking for is some advice on what to do about this license limit. I would really like to play the Sims again and don't know what is making this pop up every time. I even uninstalled and reinstalled hoping it would help, though I fear I probably just made it worse. 

Can you help me play the Sims 3 again?

Just the base game or would I have to uninstall all the games?

I uninstalled all of them.. I will have to reinstall all of them again, but I have the G4TW Base game, and recent Ultimate fix and I'll try again and let you know.

I downloaded all of Game4TheWorld's Sims 3 games. While following the instructions for World Adventures I came across an error in Crack 3 with the first update saying it wasn't the right region. I looked over the instructions and started again and found the reg to edit and now when I try Crack 1 patch, I change the location, and I see the bar, and then it stops and gives me the finish screen. The language of the patch is in some sort of other language so i can't really tell what happened, but now when I continue the process I get a different error with the first patch in Crack 3 stating they came across an invalid missing file, and stopped. Now I don't know what to do with the rest of the process.

The installation guide had so much more to do before installing the game. I should skip all that?
