Wrong Regional Code for World Adventures

So I was trying to install World Adventures and ran into this: The setup has detected that the regional install code for the Sims 3 is different than what this expansion requires. I have all the other expansions installed just fine and working. I'm not sure if that might be the cause of the problem.

Hello,

Please launch the registry editor by typing "regedit" in the blank of the start menu and then press "Enter". Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE >> Sims >> The Sims 3 and check if the SKU value is 7 and the locale is en-US.
