generations freeze Empty generations freeze

i have the sims 3, wa, hels and generations installed, all downloaded from your site and did the ultimate fix, i just made my sim but when i moved in the game froze.. what do i do?

Sounds like an EA bug to me, unless you have conflicting custom content, that could also be a problem. If you don't, try if you can play one of the existing families, try loading a new neighbourhood if you have to. If that doesn't work, try reinstalling the game. If none of this works, you may have to wait for EA to make a new patch available. Admin will then update the fix and hopefully you'll be able to play.

I know how you feel, for me it was frustrating to get the game to work at all.
