Island Paradise install problem

Hi,

I'm having the exact same issue as Oiezs. I've applied the appropriate fix, but I'm still getting the same error message. My game is up to date.

EDIT: Tried to play TS3 this afternoon, Gets to the load a game screen, all my saved data is gone. I cant even create a new game as there are no worlds to choose from in the drop down list. So much for a game fix it just made the situation worse!
