Updating Sims 3 Empty Updating Sims 3

Im trying to update to the newest update to try and get Island Paradise but i always get an error no matter what i do, Ive tryed using all the fix files and applied them to all my expansion packs but it still doesn't help.
Please help me so i can play Island Paradise:)
