My game is crashing please help!

I've recently been having a problem with Sims 3. I launch the game and play it but after a couple of minutes it crashes and says ''The Sims 3 has stopped working.'' Why is this? Can I fix it? I did the DEP it made my game less laggy but it still is crashing.

I don't know what's going on! When I open the sims 3 launcher and when I press installed content it says that sims 3 launcher has stopped working, even If don't press it and press play the game eventually crashes!

Can you try using this tool please here.

Please try bypassing launcher by right clicking on sims 3 launcher icon and "Go to directory/location" and then opening TS3W.exe

It said that all the crash problems where because of my graphics driver and told me to update it but It's already the latest version.

You should delete your cache and your mods.
For cache delete the files with cache name at the end at the sims 3 folder in my documents>electronic arts
