Having trouble downloading manual patch

I'm trying to get the 1.55 patch, but the download never finishes. It starts ok, but after a few minutes, the download rate slows down and stops completely. I'm using Chrome with a 20mbps connection, so speed is not a problem. Help!

Used IE. Took several pauses and resumes to get it to finally go. Thanks for the help.
