My sims 3 launcher freezes when I press play.

Hello.I recently have installed Sims 3 with your instructions and all and it worked out perfectly fine.Then a couple days after,I bought Sims 3 Generations and Outdoor Living stuff.I installed it and used your ultimate fix and after I opened the launcher,Press play,It freezes..And I was banging hard on my laptop..

I've searched google and YouTube,nothing seems to help.Please Please Pleaseeee tell me the solution to this.

Games4theWorld has a high compatibility rate with the CD versions of the game, but I personally find that it still causes some issues. If you want, skip using the launcher. Go into the Sims 3 Game bin. You will see a TS3.exe file... copy and save a shortcut to your desktop. double click this and it should bring you straight into the game. If the game still freezes I am sure one of our other helpers can assist you.

I've tried that be4 but it gave me the error "Sims 3 has stopped working".But I've uninstalled and reinstalled it only with town life and outdoor living and after I pressed play then it gave me "Sims 3 has stopped working" again..So I tried to put the Sims 3 crack file into the Bin folder and then the error came up was "No game disc found! Please insert Sims 3 town life game disc be4 proceeding"...

Im Raging now. D;

hi there theguywithnotalentsd if u have the ultimate fix downloaded then go to the crack folder and copy the files and then paste them into thesims3/game/bin when asked just press copy and replace

I did exactly as the instructions told me to do with the Ultimate fix.I copied and pasted the base game crack file,the town life into the sims 3 bin and the outdoor living at its own folder.And I also updated my game to the latest version with the update fix.

I was thinking do you need to login to the official sims 3 website to play? But it needs a serial code so....Im out of ideas...Help me please...

try reinstalling the ultimate fix. you may have skipped a step without knowing it

The files in the individual folders are not cracks. They are the original files used to make sure the file isn't messed up. The only crack in the ultimate fix is the one in the crack folder. Also, it says that you need to have a certain expansion in the list provided otherwise the ultimate fix is not going to be useful to you.

So did you apply the LATEST manual patch and the LATEST Ultimate fix too ? This means, re-do the steps from 2 to 4 here:https://games4theworld.forumotion.com/t1171-must-read-how-to-install-the-sims-3-correctly

Then, make a shortcut to the desktop from the TS3W.exe file (in your base game location). Use this shortcut to start the game, instead of the launcher.
