Where can I download hair for sims3

Hi guys, where can I download hair for my sim? 
And how can I use it? Please help me guys. All your help would be appreciated! Thanks!

If your downloads are in the ".sims3pack" file format, you can use "CC Magic" (google for that), which is what I personally recommend. If they are ".package" files, then read the guide on "how to install .package files": http://www.games4theworlddownloads.org/guides.html

You can also go to The Sims Resource and find oodles of free CC.
