Sims 3 - Manual Setup Error Empty Sims 3 - Manual Setup Error

So I was stuck on downloading The Sims 3 University Life and Supernatural, so I went to use the manual patch, in which when I started it up it said,

"The installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate."

I am somewhat new to this so any help?

Hello,

Can you try to right-click on the manual patch and choose "run as Administrator" ?
