I've done all troubleshooting, Nothing to prevail can someone help me, I have put a lot of work into this game. I have almost all expansion packs

Hello,
Which world are you playing and having lag at? Also try running your game without any mods and cc too. One last thing rename your The Sims 3 folder in My Documents>Electronic Arts to something else and open up your game and test if lag still continues.

The background moves, everything else is stuck i cant do edge scrolling nothing

Hello,

Did you do anything after renaming the folder? Don't apply mods and CC after renaming. Run the application in vanilla version and create a new save instead of running an old save.

I have, The new save didn't freeze. Even with the mods included. But the old one freezes. Also when i did the backup thing.

Hello,

I am sorry to hear that, but there is no way to "repair" a corrupted save. Maybe the only way you can restore progress of the old save is to rename the backup save: C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Saves\(name of the save).sims3.backup to (name of the save).sims3. However, doing this cannot guarantee you can restore a clean save.
