New Patch procedure for The Sims 3.

Hello helpers and moderators,
Here's what you do when you find out there's a new patch:
-Go to the news section to find out if someone has opened a topic.
-If there's no topic yet, open one ASAP.
-The title should be something like: Don't patch to 1.xx yet!
-Write a short message about not patching until the fix is ready.
-Post it as a Global Announcement. Only the pink usergroup can actually do this, so if you can't make it global, leave a message in the helpers area and one of us can make it global.
Moderators (pink usergroup): edit this topic. Where it says *WORKING*, change to *NOT WORKING*, since that version of the fix doesn't work with the new patch. DO NOT change anything for the "Temporary Ultimate Fix", as that one will always work. (See below)
If someone has already patched unknowingly, you can direct them to the temporary fix, which is not a crack, but Nraas no-cd mod.
