Decrapified or not? [SOLVED]
Hi, I was wondering if there was a way to find out if a file needs to be decrapified or not. I've never really tried downloading content online other than from here so I'm not too sure what the rules are when it comes to decrapifying/anything file related as I've never really had a problem with the downloads from g4tw.
Here's a sample file: (also the same website where I'd like to download some stuff)
so yeah hopefully someone can clarify that for me. thank you!

Hello,
If you encounter this message (please update the game in installing....) you need to decrapify the file first before installling.
But, if you don't encounter this message, it's ok to not decrapify it.

After installing the sims3packs via The Sims 3 launcher, this error may occur and a message like this may pop up in the installer of the launcher.

when an error pops up that would mean it has failed to install, right? so i could just easily decrapify it and try installing it again?

Yes decrapifying usually helps. You can also install CC Magic and use "Rebuild" function of CC Magic if it doesn't work.
