Diving board/skating rank problems. [SOLVED]

Hi

I recently downloaded Seasons and installed it the right way. Used the updated store fixes files en the ultimate fix.

The game runs fine (it actually seems like it's loading a lot faster since installing the latest EP)

only the diving board does not work anymore. It used to, but then it suddenly didn't anymore. Now whenever I click on it the sim moves toward it, but immediately is transferred to the spot next to it. The same thing with the skating rank on the festival grounds. Have not tried anything else on the festival grounds yet.

Edit: during a pool party the guests could use the diving board but I still couldn't.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hiya,
I registered just to help because I had the same problem and it was beyond aggravating. The AllSkillsInstant+xts.package mod is what conflicts with the skating/diving board and causes them to reset. At least that's what worked for me.

I deleted the caches and removed the mod AllSkillsInstant.

Now I can indeed use the skating rink, but I still can't use the diving board.

I already installed the latest fixes. But the diving board still does not work. But I might have found a solution, only I can't try it out until I get back.

Cause
Sims always had a diving skill. It’s a hidden skill that increases when your sim jumps into the water from the side of the pool.

With the new board they’ve changed the skill to only have 2 levels when it had 5 before.

Because of this, existing Sims with a skill higher than 2, reset.

Mods that help with the issue
Use MasterController to set your Sims diving skill to 2 or lower
Twallan will be adding a fix to Overwatch

Consider it solved I deleted the Allskillsinstant mod from my game. Installed the master controller + cheats expansion (needed to change skill levels) and did what they said. Changed the level to 0. And now they can all use the diving board
