Hello,

You have to buy simpoints from www.sims3.com. Instead of buying them, why don't you download the store content from www.games4theworlddownloads.org? Note that the site is still under construction.

Hello,

You seem to misunderstand me. You must pay (using real money, namely USD) to buy simpoints so that you can buy something from www.sims3.com. Have you bought simpoints or bundles (I have bought The Sims 3 Starter Pack and was granted 1500 simpoints)?

Hello,

If you have downloaded a sim somewhere, you can access that sim in CAS (Create-A-Sim). Just click this button (pre-made sims):

Simpoints [SOLVED] 4uiDz

Afterwards, you can filter the sims (since there are too many pre-made sims) with custom content. And your downloaded sim will show up.

Hello,

You can go to Edit Town and place the lot to an empty plot of land.

Hello,

You can simply double-click it. If it doesn't work, you can drag and drop it to C:\Users\(your computer name)\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Downloads. Afterwards, launch the launcher and go to the tab "Downloads" and check the box for the sims3pack and start installing it.
