torrent downloading super slow

torrent downloading super slow Empty torrent downloading super slow

my normal download speed on the internet is 3.3 mbps   but on torrent its like 200kbps, it used to be 3.3 mbps but something changed,my  browser still downloads at 3.3 mbps
