SUPER Slow Loading.[SOLVED] Empty SUPER Slow Loading.[SOLVED]

Recently my game has been loading really slow and having issues so much I had to get rid of my disks and use these. But it seems to be somewhat okay right now as far as starting. Except the second I click on a town it load SUPER SUPER SUPER SUPER slow. Like three hours slow which is weird since it never took that long. I am STILL waiting for it to load so much that I am thinking it will be very slow ingame. Anyone know what this is happening? Is it a Mod or something? Help please >.<

Finally loaded and the game is SUPER SUPER SUPER slow. It's crazy slow and freezing as well. Most annoying.

Hello,
Use Delphy's Dashboards on your mods\packages folder to see if there are any conflicts.
You may also want to consider this.

I have the dashboard and have used it. Nothing was conflicted. I am going to try combining and see how it works. I know there is plenty I can combine as far as CC

The main menu loads faster but it appears now the town loading screen is completely frozen. It used to change game tips even though it was moving slowly and now it isn't even doing that Sad

Yeah I have some mods but I even removed EVERYTHING as far as packages and still it didn't speed up. It started moving but it CRAZY slow still. I have been racking my brain trying to figure it out.
