super slow game? Empty super slow game?

I have this problem for a long time. My game is super slow and laggy, and it would play in a normal speed only if I speed it up (it would still lag...) I don't have alot of mods or downloads. I really want it to be fix before university.... please help Sad

First try backing up and removing ALL your Mods.

I removed all my mods and backed up my game.
without the mods and the CC it is still extremely slow and it lags all the time.

I also use game booster and I only have 4 expansions (ambitions, pets, generations and seasons).
