Startup problems. [SOLVED] Empty Startup problems. [SOLVED]

I am getting annoyed with my game. When I load the game launcher to start up my game, sometimes i only get a black screen and the game wouldn't load/start. I'd have to restart my computer a couple times to get the game to load. I hope there is a fix for this.

Should I backup those .tmp and downloadedsimsindex files before deleting them just in case something else goes wrong?

Delete them (don't back them up).

It worked. Thanks Carlos :DI thought I would have to go through the hassle of a complete reinstall of my game and all the EPs. I know what to do now if I get the black screen again.
