Seeking the best program. [SOLVED]

I'm looking for the best (and easiest) program I can find to uninstall some store content. The launcher is just a pain. I need something that shows the picture and name of the object and an easy way to uninstall it. I'm trying to make my game a little less laggy since I have a pc that has integrated graphics ( I'm looking into replacing that hopefully soon) But in the meantime I don't want to give up any expansion or stuff packs but there's some store content I definitely don't use. Does anyone think it will really make a difference? Just wondering before I even try. I have all store content so yes it's a lot and I probably only use use half. Anyone have any suggestions?

I'm not sure what you mean in your last sentence. Do you mean uninstalling all store content or expansions? Also I'v never used either of these programs. Does CC magic handle the regular decrapified sims3packs I have from G4TW and how can I reduce lag with it?

Please uninstall all of your store content before using either CC Magic or Merlin since there will be duplicates if you use CC Magic/Merlin and then left the store content installed at the same time. CC Magic handles not only decrapified sims3packs (for instance, those from G4TW), but also those which have not been decrapified.

Well I tried CC Magic and holy crap, I never realized how much content I thought I'd use but don't. This should help my game a little and I don't have so much to sift through in game. Thanks guys!!
