Sims 3 store fix HELP!!!!!! Empty Sims 3 store fix HELP!!!!!!

Hello i downloaded your new store fix because the ball for basketball hoop wasnt there so i read the instructions it says to place files in mods folder but i dont even have a mods folder in my sims 3 directory can some one please help me i would greatly appreciate it
