I can't use the device when travel to the future, but i can use it in the actual world...
Why was that? Is it normal or ?

can you be more specific? i mean do you mean that you cant travel back from future? if so try the newest official patch. its 1.63. what  version are you using now?

This may also be mod-related. What types of mods are you using and what patch level are they compatible with?

Path level 1.63, mod Nraas all updated. i try remove the mod and see how it works...

Several Nraas mods has updated recently, according to the update history. Overwatch was even updated twice in 2 days. You should check the sites often.

Yea, is the mod caurse the problem,i move all the mod file and the device can be use already. And thanks for telling me that.My overwatch just been update... 
Now is the time to found out which mod cause the problem ...

Seems after replace the updated overwatch everything is ok now, Thanks Cat ^_^
