Regarding Almanac of Time

Evening sir, a minor situation where i face is among the 3 times ( smart phone, journal, and almanac of time), only the almanac of time is unable to click ( where when you click, there is nothing pop out). I had read that mod might be causing the problems, but so far, im just following the 4 steps in the thread "How to install the sims 3 correctly" . Thanks in advance.

P/S: its ok if it is unable to solve, because it juz a small minor role >..<
