The expansion packs are available to download on the pirate bay. Just do a search on there for it and make sure it's G4TW's. They have all the expansion and stuff packs there. The only thing that's not on there is store content and neighborhoods (worlds). Those you'll have to wait for Admin to get the server running again.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I cannot update my Sims game to the new version because of this server maintenance, right?
if possible is there another way I can update my game while the sever is down?

I'm finding the new Downloads site to be offline for myself since yesterday and the outage is still relevant today.

Hello,

It's offline every now and then. In such cases, just try again in a few hours and it should work fine again.
It's currently up.
